Now that the Super Bowl has come and gone, we can tell you just how proud we were to be serving meals to the security forces throughout the week! We were set up in two locations: a large hanger at Stout Field and on McCarty Street near Lucas Oil Stadium. Our job was to prepare and serve meals – Monday through Thursday in the evenings. After that, we began 24-7 coverage starting Friday morning and lasting through the big game until midnight.

On location at Stout Field, volunteers set up a salad bar and food service line, as well as beverage coolers and eating area. From this service line, it was a pleasure to serve about 40-80 people each day who were on duty to provide security in Indy.
