To help celebrate National Salvation Army Week, 130 years of service to Hoosiers and Red Kettle Cookout, The Salvation Army Indiana is holding a trivia contest.

If you’ve been paying attention to our Facebook and Twitter posts the last couple weeks, then you’ve seen the hints. The hosts of Red Shield Radio even alluded to something special happening this week.

Want to play?

Just download the Official Entry Form here. Make sure you fill it out completely! Now follow Salvation Army Indiana on Twitter or like us on Facebook so you can get the daily questions. May 13, 14 and 15, three questions will be posted via social media between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. On May 16, one question will be posted prior to the start of Red Kettle Cookout.

If you think you have all the correct answers, get down to Red Kettle Cookout in Monument Circle between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Place your entry form in the marked box located at the Volunteer Tent. No forms will be accepted before or after the event. While you’re at the cookout, learn about The Salvation Army or grab lunch.

On Friday, May 17, The Salvation Army Indiana will randomly draw an official entry form. If that form is filled out correctly and has all the correct trivia week answers, it will be deemed the winner.  If you’re the winner, you will be notified by phone and have to pick your prize up at The Salvation Army Indiana Divisional Headquarters. (The winner will have 14 days from notification date to pick up his or her prize. After 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn.)

Once the winner has been notified and accepted, a list of all the trivia contest questions and answers, along with the name of the big winner, will be posted on our website.

In case you have any questions, here’s the official trivia contest rules. You can also reach out via social media or email april_abernathy@usc.salvationarmy.org.

Good luck, and make sure you Do The Most Good!
