Dr. Greg Sipes joins The Salvation Army's Advisory Board

Dr. Greg Sipes joined recently joined The Salvation Army’s Central Indiana Advisory Board.  Sipes was inducted at The Salvation Army’s Headquarters during the board’s June meeting.

Sipes, a local Clinical Psychologist, is the Founder and Senior Partner of Indiana Health Group, Inc. in Indianapolis.  He has served on the Board of the Mental Health Association of Marion County, and was chairperson of the Childhood Mental Health Committee.  Dr. Sipes has been published numerous times, has been featured on the radio, and is currently featured weekly on FOX59 Morning News in a segment called, “Straight Talk with Dr. Greg Sipes.”

Each member of The Salvation Army’s Advisory Board brings a unique set of talents, experiences, and connections to the community which are valuable to The Salvation Army as it strives to serve the central Indiana community in an effective and efficient manner.

The Salvation Army established the local “Advisory Board System” in 1920. It was designed to enlist local professionals, business and civic leaders to provide support to the local unit of The Salvation Army. The Advisory Board is charged with the responsibility of advising and assisting The Salvation Army in all its activities in the Indianapolis community.
